Warranty Policy
- 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame.
- Warranty requires presentation of certificate and barcode.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse.
- The warranty does not cover external fabric wear and tear.
- Proper use of the mattress must be observed according to internationally recognized practices such as changing directions and flipping the mattress regularly to maintain its quality for a longer period of time.
- All transportation, service, and handling expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The mattress must be placed on a flat surface and the distance should not exceed 5 cm.

Replacement or Return Policy
- Customers may exchange the product within 14 days of the purchase
date, provided that the product is in the same condition and the bag is
not opened or the mattress is not cut to standard sizes.
- Custom-made sizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If there are offers or gifts in the exchange, the customer must return all gifts in the same condition with the original purchase invoice.
- The customer is responsible for transportation costs in case of exchange.
